Description:	These are my tracks from August 2007. Several days of riding in the area leading up to the open house at the White Mountain Research Station: http://www.wmrs.edu/ Access to the facility by vehicle is normally restricted by gate. A good time and place to hike to White Mountain Peak. Oddly enough didn't include any photos of the Ancient Bristlecone Pines, but you'll see numerous examples and learn more about the facinating biology and geology of the area at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Mountains_(California)

SLVRCANYON - Length: 26.18 mi (Track Points: 704 - Resolution: 0.037 mi/pt) Silver Canyon Road (and others) to the White Mountain Research Station. Eight low water crossings and a 20% grade in places. Fairly tight switchbacks. Road may vary in condition over the season.	[View Profile]
